Ahmed leads Logistics Navigators, with a focus on companies in the midwest. He specializes in helping companies design operational systems that scale efficiently, with a focus on inbound and outbound flow, trailer utilization, and leadership development across logistics functions.

Drawing on his background as a senior operations leader at Amazon, Ahmed has supported clients across logistics, fulfillment, and freight-tech on a range of challenges. Recent examples of his work include the following:

• Supporting a small construction firm with go to market strategies.

• Advising a mid-market fulfillment network on warehouse slotting and stow optimization, increasing storage utilization and reducing handling costs

• Advising a defense company on best operational practices and fulfillment strategy.

• Partnering with a freight carrier to design metrics and dashboards that align sales, dispatch, and operations teams under a unified performance framework

• Leading a process improvement program that reduced mis-stow and damage rates across a multi-site networks by introducing visual management and data-led accountability systems
